Inspired by conversations with Daniele and Anna at NonProfit Builder about the contribution of performance management to employee engagement. However, many organisations continue to struggle, with implications for delivering essential outputs, expected outcomes and eventual impact.
We designed this action seminar to explore this interesting whilst complex area. Looking at performance management from several perspectives to help organisations get it ‘right’. During an interactive session with lively discussion around practical exercises, we looked at what that could mean for managers and colleagues alike.
