Inspired by great mate @KurtEwaldLindley and rising to the challenge, here’s [at least] 10 things to love about the #LnDGathering:  These are just for starters!     


  • A place for creativity;  The physical space and psychological safety to come up with the mad ideas that you couldn’t get away with anywhere else

  • No pressure networking;  Forget the elevator pitch or hard sell needed.  You’re there and that is enough.

  • Endless inspiration;  There’s always something new to learn and different to try during each and every session

  • Best-ever value;  Ignore the early bird or multi-buy discounts.  Where else do you have access to leading-edge professionals in their fields, unlimited refreshments, lunch and a walk in the park - literally

  • Access to expertise;  Together with colleagues working across Learning, Leadership and Organisation Development all in one place

  • Openness to new knowledge;  Find out about the latest trends, follow your interests and try something different

  • Peer support given freely;  Without worrying what the boss thinks, not caring if someone’s trying extra hard for a promotion, and not needing to worry about anyone stealing your ideas.   

  • New and familiar friends;  There’s always a warm welcome from someone you’ve heard of and wanted to meet and / or met and wanted to see again. 

  • Innovation - a supportive space to try things out;  Lego anyone?  Open Space – no problem?  AI Agent – Why not?
